How do you ensure the chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized thermal-insulated packaging and reusable cold packs for all orders. Additionally, during summer months, we monitor weather patterns and may delay shipping by a day to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are your chocolates suitable for people with nut allergies?
While we offer many products without nut ingredients, all of our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We recommend those with severe allergies exercise caution.
What is the shelf life of your artisanal truffles?
Because we use fresh cream and no artificial preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 3 to 4 weeks of delivery. For the best tasting experience, store them in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C (60-65°F).
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes! We have a dedicated 'Vegan Collection' featuring high-percentage dark chocolates and dairy-substitute ganaches made with coconut milk or nut butters.
Can I include a personalized gift note with my order?
Absolutely. You can add a custom message during the checkout process. We will print your note on a premium card and tuck it inside the Chocolate Box for a beautiful gifting experience.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
